We have come no closer to apprehending the dissidents interrupting ORDER’s broadcasts, but the Surveillance Department has gathered some useful information. The dissidents refer to themselves as Dystopia of Distortion, and describe their mission as establishing a “new era” of hard rock and metal. The voice of their revolution is a man named Dustin Thomas, who by our records comes from the southern reaches of Virginia. With the long success of this operation, he must have some accomplices aiding him, but at this point ORDER has not been able to identify any. It is my recommendation that we continue to observe his broadcasts, and not get too hasty with taking action. In this situation, I ask Enforcement to hold back on their usual methods of cowboy diplomacy.
