Investigator’s Log: January 29th, 2025. Despite our best efforts, the
dissidents have managed to thwart us at every turn. My superiors have grown
restless about this, and have opted for more aggressive measures. Enforcement
has scaled up their operations throughout Chicago, and are working very closely
with WIIT’s executive board to locate and neutralize any disruptions.
Meanwhile, I must continue my fact-finding mission to accelerate their efforts.
Here’s hoping that Enforcement doesn’t interfere in my work again. 

Tonight is Dystopia of Distortion’s 50th session on-air. It’s truly impressive
that they’ve made it this far without getting shut down - most dissident media
broadcasts don’t make it past five episodes! With how challenging it has been
to find these dissidents, I have two potential theories. One, they have
infiltrated ORDER surveillance and are altering our records. Or two, WIIT is
harboring these dissidents, and the executive board has not been entirely
forthcoming with us. I will pursue both of these. I have forwarded my reports
to the relevant Directors, who will be auditing ORDER network logging and WIIT
records. Perhaps I should also give Mr. Thomas a second look as well.
