It is now week 6 of Enforcement’s operation to locate Mr. Thomas, the leader of the dissident media organization Dystopia of Distortion. The public has proven to be uncooperative in this effort, and news outlets have begun speaking out against Enforcement’s efforts. While I do agree, this operation has been going on for way too long, we cannot simply stop because of a little public discomfort. As a certain Vulcan would say, “the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few”.

Therefore, we’re doubling down on this operation. The Broadcasts Department is taking direct control over most media outlets in Chicago in order to subtly improve public opinion. Surveillance operations are being heavily expanded and integrated with other local security forces to increase coverage. Signals has begun analyzing cellular traffic in order to find connections to the dissident media group. This should hopefully allow for Enforcement to pursue a more targeted strike, and allow us to finally put a stop to these dissidents.
