You have entered this court today to witness an important demonstration. This case shows a clear and present danger at work amongst us, one that we at the ORDER have worked tirelessly for decades to protect the world against. In this case, we have lost one of our own to the allure of dissident media.

But first, some background. Throughout ORDER’s history, we have seen many dissident media organizations attempt to subvert us, and many of them have been successfully neutralized with little to no exposure. However in the past couple years, we have been contending with a particularly insidious group. These dissidents have embedded themselves deep within WIIT 88.9FM, a college radio station just south of downtown Chicago, and have incited calls of revolution, and a grand plan to institute a “new era of hard rock and metal”. They call themselves “Dystopia of Distortion”. Despite our best efforts, we have been unable to neutralize them; they continually disrupt broadcasts at WIIT with their harmful rhetoric and blast beats. Worst of all, they have persuaded one of our own to turn against the ORDER. Investigator 11 Alpha is facing charges of high treason against the ORDER and willfully aiding a dissident media operation, two of the highest crimes this court recognizes. This court will additionally determine the ongoing status of Investigations Case 3073 and will establish new assignments accordingly. This trial is now in session.

The court has come to a decision. In the case against Investigator 11 Alpha, for the charges of high treason against the ORDER and willfully aiding a dissident media operation, the defendant is pronounced guilty and sentenced to immediate execution. Investigations case 3073 has been promoted to risk level 1, and as such is now the primary responsibility of all departments. We will not rest until Dystopia of Distortion answers for their crimes.
